I love finding solutions to problems.
When I worked in restaurants, this usually involved creating a relaxed and stimulating environment so that the diner could enjoy good food, good drink, and good company. As I transitioned into working in libraries, finding solutions included researching community connections, collaborating with colleagues, and incorporating strong listening skills. Being able to provide exceptional customer service, no matter the setting, is my highest priority.
As your transaction coordinator, my goal is to work with your broker to guide you through the listing or buying process, listen to your needs, gather information, answer questions, and create a relationship that is working for you and your interests. Real estate transactions can be intimidating, but with discussion, research, and creative thinking, we can find a solution.
I’m originally from California, but I moved to Chapel Hill in 2005 with my husband. We love the pace of life here in the Triangle, and enjoy spending time with our twin daughters. When not working I love to read and cook.
